Located in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, Sprout Dental is a pediatric dental practice that operates out of a converted one-family home. The project began with a near-complete demolition of the interior. Although the home had considerable character, demolition was required to assure ADA compliance and to achieve maximum operating efficiency.
With the old walls down, new walls went up. Dakan managed the entire project — including overseeing the installation of geothermal heating — from start to finish completing it in less than four months. Dakan is currently working on the Phase II expansion. It will include building out additional operatories, administrative space, and more.
