With classic houses along tree-lined streets, Dunmore, Pennsylvania is one of Scranton’s most historic suburbs. Our challenge was to design and build an upscale, single-family home with modern amenities and a detached, four-car garage that would fit well within the context of historic, larger homes.
Through close collaboration with the homeowner, we designed, a custom classic; a modern one-of-a-kind home that both the homeowners and community can be proud of.
The home offers nearly 2,200 square feet of living area. Although it is built to look classic, it uses modern materials and features to provide the homeowner with comfortable, maintenance free living.
